Scrunchies are back in a big way and I'm loving it. Not only because it takes me back to my childhood (dating myself here), but because scrunchies are really good for your hair! So let's talk scrunchies today. Some of the benefits and then I'll show you some of my favorite new scrunchies I've been wearing lately.

The layer of fabric around the elastic band means that your hair won’t get tangled and knotted with a scrunchie. I have used good hair ties and no matter what they always pull my hair out.
